Year 1-2: Foundation & Awareness
Establish partnerships, launch awareness campaigns in 50+ communities, and train 500+ volunteers in SDG education and advocacy.
Year 3: Community Mobilization
Scale programs to 100+ communities, establish SDG clubs in schools and universities, and launch youth leadership programs.
Year 4: Impact & Innovation
Implement technology-driven solutions, measure community impact, and develop sustainable income-generating projects aligned with SDGs.
Year 5: Sustainability & Scale
Achieve self-sustainability, expand to neighboring regions, and establish Arewa Communities 4 SDGs as a model for community-led development.
